According to sources cited by Digitimes, Apple is currently in discussions with Samsung Display (SDC) and LG Display (LGD) for the supply of panels for their foldable products. One reported concern for Apple is the issue of panel crease, but it seems that its partners have made progress in minimizing this crease through mechanical design improvements.
The question arises: why might we see a foldable iPad before a foldable iPhone?
