After the pre-monsoon activities have stopped, the mercury has started climbing once again in MP. Once again the heat has increased in Bhopal and Gwalior. Apart from this, the highest temperature of 45.5 degrees Celsius was recorded in Naugaon in the state.
According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, with the onset of monsoon in the state, relief from the heat is expected. Along with this, the Meteorological Department has also expressed the possibility of rain in many districts.
MP Meteorological Department (MP Weather Update) has expressed the possibility of rain and thundershowers at isolated places in Raisen, Rajgarh, Sehore, Dewas, Burhanpur, Chhindwara, Balaghat, Seoni, and Mandla along with the districts of Narmadapuram and Shahdol divisions.
Monsoon will arrive by June 20
According to the MP Meteorological Department, after June 15, monsoon can come in Madhya Pradesh and by June 20, the rainy season will start in the entire state.
There will be more rain than normal in the season
The Meteorological Department has predicted less than normal rainfall in the entire state including the capital in the month of June. However, there is a possibility of more rainfall than normal in the season.
