Logitech G335 wired gaming headset: We will examine the Logitech G335 wired gaming headphone and decide if it is worth your money.
Logitech G773 Lightspeed wireless gaming headset is undoubtedly one of the most lightweight and comfortable headsets available. It does come with a price premium that not everyone would be willing to pay, especially for those just beginning their gaming journey.
Logitech has come up with a wired version of the G773, which is much cheaper than the G773. It is a great deal at Rs 6,495, which makes it a good buy. It will perform as well as the more expensive G773. Is it really that good? We will examine the Logitech G335 wired gaming headphone and decide if it is worth your money.
Logitech G335: Design
The G335 design is very similar to the G773, but with a wire. They are lightweight and easy to wear, making them ideal for long gaming sessions. The headphones come with a replacement headband strap. However, I couldn’t find any online.
Two-color options were launched by the company in India: Black or White. The white variant was sent to me for review. I was disappointed that it became very dirty quickly. The Black color variant would have been much better for me. It would have looked cleaner and would have been more in line with my black desk.
Like its older sibling, the G335 is made of hard plastic. My first impressions of it out of the box were that they look and feel cheap. It looked very similar to the Philips SHP1900 which I owned earlier in my life. However, it cost me less than the G335. After a few weeks of rigorous usage, I began to see the benefits of this build. The first was the weight.
The device is lightweight, flexible, and durable enough that it can be bent many times without cracking. The headset is lightweight and comfortable enough to be worn for extended periods. They were comfortable enough to wear for the whole day. I used them both at work and during gaming.

Although one might be concerned that the padded foam cups could trap heat during the day, it was not a major problem. The headphones are well ventilated, and the heat is dissipated well. Although there was some heat that was captured, it wasn’t as bothersome as other gaming headsets. The sweat problem is not as severe due to the ventilation.
Ear cups are very comfortable and fit over the ears. A physical volume roller is also included in the left earcup, which can be very useful
The headband can be easily removed and added color to the Blue or White headphones. It’s very light, and you don’t feel like the headband is pulling on your head.
Logitech G335: Audio quality
Logitech G335 headphones come with 40mm neodymium drivers that provide a great sound experience. These headphones are not equipped with advanced audio technology or position audio, but they’re quite good for the price.
It is a pleasant gaming experience, with the audio quality being soft and clear. The bass isn’t as strong as I would like, making many bomb drop sequences in games quite bland. Active noise cancellation is another thing that I don’t like.
While I understand asking for it at this price is excessive, it is still a feature that enhances the gaming experience by cutting out external noises and allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the game.
Gaming at moderate volume levels will not have a problem with the sound quality, since the headphones don’t distort the sound.
The headphones performed well while I played games such as Gears 5, CS:GO and Forza Horizon 4. These headphones are great for games that require communication.
Logitech G335: Microphone performance
Logitech G335 includes a Discord Certified microphone. The mic is housed inside an elastic flippable arm that when turned up turns off the microphone. The microphone’s performance was not what I liked.
Many of my fellow players complained that they could not hear my voice correctly. To get clear audio, I had difficulty speaking loudly or keeping the microphone too close to me when recording audio. Logitech should have offered a better microphone at this price.
Logitech G335: No RGB
RGB lights are not designed to improve gaming performance, but they do look great. RGB lights are a great addition to any gaming peripheral because they add a lot of pizzazz. While the G733 has subtle RGB lights, it is missing them in the G335. Logitech should have brought them over, I’d be grateful.
Logitech G335: Verdict
Logitech G335 gaming headset is great for immersing yourself in the game. It does have some flaws. The headphones are very lightweight and comfortable. I also like the clear in-game sounds and the overall gaming experience. The only things I don’t like are the mic and lack of RGB.

These are decent gaming headphones overall. However, the price is prohibitive and I would recommend a more expensive pair. For better performance, you can check out the HyperX Cloud Stinger or Razer Kraken X, Razer Kraken, or even the Logitech g431 If comfort is important to you and you are willing to sacrifice audio quality, the Logitech G335 might be the best option.
