Well you click here for what it is, how to get it and why it is so awesome. We are updating this regularly, and as new games emerge, make sure you keep checking back to stay on top of everything related to the Apple Arcade. But for now, here comes the game.
Apple Arcade: Little orpheus
Little Orpheus is a game similar to what Apple Arcade was made for. It is a deep, engaging, hilarious platforming adventure that ticks all the right boxes. It is a super polish, with some of the best graphics we’ve seen on mobile in a long time. You play a Russian in the 60s who is exploring a mythical land in the center of the Earth. There are giant insects, dinosaurs and more. The platforming is super sleek, and the story is great enough to keep you playing for hours. Do yourself a favor and download it as soon as possible.
Sponge: Patty Pursuit
Calling Patty Parsute an auto-runner game would be a pretty awesome task. This is more common with the Ramon run series than any run-of-the-mill runner. It is a clever, gorgeous cartoon platformer that takes sprinting from your hands. Still loads to find out, a decent level of challenge and some tough if repetitive boss to destroy. The level of polish is here, from perfect control to voice-acting, everything screams quality. It is definitely one of the best platformers available on Apple Arcade, and we dare you to play without a big grin on your face.
Towers of everland
A first-person fantasy RPG that sees you travelling in titular towers to hack and slash gold, glory and an entire swarm of monsters. The game combines casual gameplay with a vast world to explore, and a lot of mysteries to uncover as well. There is a tactical balance to counter here, which forces you to swipe with your sword and overcome your enemies. The towers of Everland merge retro and modern views into a truly pleasing and entertaining package
A smart puzzler with a really interesting control system. You are swiping to move levels around, changing aircraft and perspective to achieve your goals. The curved spaces look very beautiful, with a thick-lined cartoon style that actually exits the screen. A story takes everything together and is a mysterious worm, an adorable dog, and a talking windmill robot. The rotating world is a fascinating distraction that is going to put a big smile on your face. It didn’t last long on your mind, but you’re gonna like it while playing.

On the other hand
The latest game for Apple Arcade is a really interesting board game mash-up. Here are Shades of Stranger Things – you play a half-stranded survivor in a strange world and if you want to make it, you’ll have to defend yourself from monster attacks. Things start very easily, but as you move on you will get into more and more trouble. Your ultimate objective is to clear the anchors that are placing the demons in the real world. Once you do this, you have to run to get out. The Onside is smart and entertaining, offering a perfect blend of strategy and action. It is stressful in all true ways and manages to fully capture the thrill of tabletop gaming.
An adventurous and annoying platform adventure game starring a little boy. It probably makes you think of Limbo, but Neversong goes on its way. It is more open in its story and deals with a lot of interesting and incredibly difficult subjects. On top of that, it is also super smart, dripping with tough puzzles and you will be hooked from the get-go. There are some niggles here, and we had some crashes when we played. Beyond those problems, NeverSong is a grand-looking game that will stay with you long after it reaches the end.
One fold apart
This is a gorgeous, narrative-driven puzzler about folding paper to make a path. It starts off just enough, but as you play it adds more and more ideas into the fray. It fits in a similar style box such as framed and gorgoa
The game has a grand form of its own, and the controls are so easy that almost anyone can play. Fold Plus has a huge heart that shines through everything – it’s an Apple arcade game that’s about to leave you with a big smile on your face.
A beautiful adventure game that makes you travel through the world’s oceans. Set in the near future, you are part of a team of research scientists exploring the ocean depths. You will have contact with all kinds of creatures, from giant whales to coral. Some of the translation is not great, and a lack of action can overcome some. But if you are looking for an open-world adventure with a difference then you are definitely going to fall in love with it.
First of all it is important to note that the title of this game is a penalty, which always comes before us. You play as a robot in a post-apocalyptic dustbin filled with litter. It is up to you to pick up the dirt that mankind has left and store it in the garbage truck. At the same time, other robots are trying to stop you from getting into that sweet, sweet junk. You need to fight them, grab the trash and toss it in the waiting truck. There is a lot to take in, and sometimes simple controls are not enough for the task. But, the scraper is still a lot of fun. Legend of skyfish 2
This is a sequel, as you can probably tell from the name, but don’t worry if you haven’t played the original role. The game plays a lot like the classic Zelda – you are an adventurer who is out to save the world by hacking, slashing and solving puzzles. The game looks gorgeous and it plays brilliantly. There is a vast world to explore and it is unlocked as new skills and items are found. It is definitely one of the best games available on Apple Arcade, with hours of fun to be waited upon.

Spider is a really interesting stealth game that sees you in control of the titular spy drone. It is up to you to what level you save the world. The first challenge involves stopping nuclear missile launch, so you know there are a lot of bets.
One of the most interesting things that the game does is let you think about the environment in a different way. Small pests are dangerous for robots that are not a threat to humans and vice versa – make sure you can roam on vertical surfaces, but some scatter in scattered coffee and you won’t take damage
This is a very clever game with a lot of interesting content. Imagine bringing together a puzzler, a platformer, and a sneak-it-up and pushing all your best bits into a blender and the end result will be like a spider. Definitely one of the best new Apple arcade games of 2020
What happens when you combine Peggle with an ARPG? There is something like a roundguard. This is a game about daring firing from a huge slingshot and letting them sabotage your enemies. Pegley has more depth than ping-ping play, with health points to take into account more of the mana before blasting a shot.
There are also Rugulaic elements and new instruments for you to play. Throw a huge map, lots of characters and a whole pile of loot to collect and you are left with a super-sleek Apple Arcade title that is not the sum of its parts but it is still a lot of fun
A surprising platformer who controls a cute little robot. You’re walking around the post-apocalyptic Wasteland, but instead of killing everything that moves, the Doomsday Vault is about saving everything. Specifically, it is about saving plants – each level you are looking for in a vault, which leaves the greenery of the earth to connect the last part of the earth’s greenery and preserve it.
There is a strong environmental message here, but it does not get in the way of smart touchscreen gameplay and cute visuals. The Doomsday Vault is a glimpse into a human-less future, but it is adorable as well as challenging.
No Way Home
A space survival game is set in a procedurally generated universe. You are piloting a beat-up escape pod, the last survivor of a tragic ice cream machine accident, and you need to return to Earth. Unfortunately, you do not know where you are and your only companion is little bone AI.
No Way Home is more like an action RPG than a standard Roguelike, in which the Twin Stick destroys the order of the day. You also have a cool grappling hook that you can use to throw things at you, and enemies, around the screen. It is a messy, cute looking internet adventure with tongue in cheek and right place in heart

It takes the shape of a battle royale style, then smoothes it with butter and top it down. Although not in a weird way. You are passing through an ever-shrinking arena, picking up guns, ammo and shields, and trying to be the ultimate adorable cartoon crater.
Don’t let the cutesy graphics fool you – this one can be very stressful, especially when the ring is closed at its tightest and you have more than two left. It doesn’t have the meat wraps of choice for the Fortnite, and it’s unlikely to stick in the memory for long, but it’s certainly fun while it lasts.
What happens when you take a secret game, wrap it in a boardgame coat and then throw in some AR and multiplayer for a laugh? Well, you end up with something like Secret Oops! This is probably one of the most unique experiences on the Apple Arcade so far, but you might be a little disappointed if you are going to run it on your own.
When you’re playing it with friends in the same room, laughter and barricading get in the way of some of the more depressing aspects, which is a lot more entertaining when you’re playing by yourself. However, some chums get round, and you’re going to have a terrible time
A fascinating return to the golden era of football games – when everyone is involved with slipping, every player had a huge head, and sometimes your defender decided to knock it out of the goal without any reason. Charua soccer is fast, frantic and dripping with arcade cool.
Certainly it may not be meat on the bones of FIFA’s choice, but it is not trying. This is the kind of game you pick up for 20 minutes, hitting a few goals, and then wandering off to do something else. If you look at all Misty at the mention of sensible football or FIFA 96, this is a game you should choose now.
Loud House: Outta Control
It is based on the Nickelodeon cartoon series The Loud House, and is trying to keep it on top of all the chaos. Characters rotate on the screen and you have to draw a route and direct them to your goal. But if they collide with each other, you have to start the level again.
There are bonus objectives, clouds that start fights and much, much more here, all presented in a beautiful hand-drawn aesthetic that fans of the show are really digging for. It may not be for everyone, but the fast-paced discussion on offer in the Loud House: Outta Control is definitely worth checking out.
Cross Road Castle
From the makers of Crossy Road, it is a competitive platformer that has some amazing ideas up its pixel art sleeve. We don’t think we were wrong when we described Apple Arcade’s killer app in our review. Click here and you can read every word of the Crossey Road Castle Review.
The controls are superb, the art style is perfect and the game regularly shows you new ideas and concepts. Where other retro-looking platforms prefer the app, what comes first, Crossey Road Castle is out on its own, and because of it is awesome. It is great in itself, it is amazing with friends and is highly recommended.
