At the same time, in 13 districts of the state, East and West Champaran, Sitamarhi, Sheohar, Madhubani, Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Madhepura, Saharsa, Muzaffarpur, Purnia, and Katihar districts are forecast for lightning, light rain with thunder.
